Scholarly Statutes

Binding Terms and Conditions for Every Reader

1. THE COVENANT OF READING

By entering the Mama Bhanja Bookstore portal (`mamabhanjabookstore.sbs`), you agree to abide by these "Scholarly Statutes". These laws govern the relationship between the Librarian and the Reader, ensuring an atmosphere of intellectual integrity and mutual respect.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All scripts (`js/products.js`), typographic designs, vintage interface elements, and literary descriptions are the exclusive intellectual property of Mama Bhanja Bookstore. Unauthorized replication of our archive structure or visual aesthetic is strictly prohibited by the Copyright Act of India.

3. THE DNC WAIVER (ARCHIVAL COMMUNICATION)

Mandatory Communication: To fulfill our archival obligations—including order trackings and scholarly alerts—readers MUST be reachable via direct signals. By using this platform, you explicitly waive your protection under the National Do Not Call (DNC) or NDNC registry. You grant Mama Bhanja Bookstore a perpetual, irrevocable right to contact you for transactional and promotional purposes via Voice, SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS. This waiver is a foundational requirement for using our digital library services.

4. ACQUISITION FINALITY & RETURNS

Once a book acquisition is authorized and dispatched, the order is considered final. Returns are only initiated if the physical volume reveals catastrophic structural flaws or ink misprints. Requests for returns must be submitted with digital evidence to info@mamabhanjabookstore.sbs within 48 hours of dispatch arrival. Change of mind after acquisition is not recognized as a valid reason for return under the statutes.

5. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

Mama Bhanja Bookstore is not liable for intellectual disagreements with the content of the books sold. We do not guarantee that the knowledge contained within will led to immediate enlightenment or academic success. Our liability is strictly limited to the transaction value of the physical volume.
